I'm feeling really lost right now.
My grandpa was admitted to hospital with a bladder infection, for the 2nd time this year. They've moved him to a hospice now to see out the last of his days, which they don't think will be very long (a few days max at this point). He's 93 and has pretty advanced Alzheimers, and we all knew this was coming, but I didn't expect it to hurt so much.
Regardless of what happens, I'm going to see Gorillaz on Saturday night, even if I'm still in Bendigo by Saturday. Gonna see if I can get Friday off work just to be with everyone in Bendigo. That way, if the funeral is on the weekend, I can be there already. Though honestly, I think it's more likely to be sometime next week.
I just want him to pass away quietly, with no pain.
