SO CUTE!

Seeing this made me look back a few videos and pictures and I was wondering if you noticed something. Does she always look to her right? Amelia has Torticollis, which means her head naturally turns to her left because the muscles on one side of her neck are tighter than on the other side. It's incredibly common for large babies; since she runs out of room quickly the head usually turns to the side and that's the way that she develops. It's not painful but it can lead to problems if left untreated.

I'm not trying to make an e-diagnosis or anything. There's no way I could since I obviously don't interact with her. I'm hyper-alert to it, though, since Amelia has it, the same way I'm hyper-alert to autism symptoms because of Rachel. So if you notice that she doesn't often turn her head the other way, talk to your pediatrician. It could be nothing but it's definitely something you want to correct if that's the case. ♥

I will have to look. I hadn't noticed anything like that, but if we see something we'll talk to the doctor. Part of it could be that her mural is so big, vibrant, and THERE that she likes to stare at it when being changed. I don't favor one side when changing her, so I'll flip her for awhile and see if there's a change.

Oh you bet I'd be staring at that, too. From what little I was able to see if it, it's gorgeous! What made me think more about it, though, was the angle of her head in your icon. That's how Amelia sleeps in her bouncy chair, just reversed. But like I said, this could be completely off the mark, nothing at all, no big deal, but from one mama to another, I'd rather be told if someone thought something was odd about my little clone cuties. :)

Thank you! It's about 5 feet wide and 3.5 feet high and it took about 20 hours to complete...but so worth it.
Cordy gets to see how God keeps his promises starting right away! =DD
