And WI is deliberately screwing over low-income voters AGAIN. "You can get IDs for free now, but we don't have any signs to tell you that... and we won't tell you about it unless you specifically ask."
Tennessee, in contrast, is just being dumb. Issuing IDs without photos and now requiring a photo ID? Seriously? Bah.
