Happy Halloween.
It's funny how Halloween is celebrated here... people just celebrate it by, well, what makes celebration a celebration? Food, that's what it is. Lots and lots of food. It's like, a holiday is just an excuse for people to pig out and don't give a crap. Because you think, bah, holidays don't come too often! Riiight...
So yeah. It just kind of sucked a bit because I'm one of the very few people who have to stay late at work (month-end close for AP); I wanted to go around trick-or-treating. Well, not really, but I just wanted to walk around the night and check out the scare tactics of some houses (either by decorating the front porch real scary, or by dressing up in a scary costume while handing out the candy and scaring the kids... pretty hilarious). I wanted to run over the stupid teenagers who block the damn streets too. They hog all over the candy and don't even give the little kids a chance. Also, they don't seem to know what a sidewalk is. Even with cars around, they just group up in the middle of the street. Would've been nice to leave a pile of dead bodies around and say a witch did it.
Anyway, yeah. Halloween here is pretty fun. I know I meant to post about something else, but I'm just too sleepy right now lol.
... Gasp! I have to do some gehirn-jogging with Dr. Kawashima!
