from this base to this icon

 

1. duplicate your Image and bring it on "screen" (if you want you can put the opacy down)

2. now comes a selective coloring
Red
cyan: -100
magenta: 48
yellow: 34
black: 57

Yellow (yellow)
cyan: -29
magenta: 27
yellow: 26

Magenta (oh noes not the right color =0)
cyan: -38
magenta: 17

White
cyan: 47
magenta: 15
yellow: -33

Neutral (grey)
cyan: -7
magenta: -1
yellow: -10

Black
cyan: -16
magenta: 18
yellow: -23
black: 19

3. do a new layer for the "hue/saturation"

saturate: 19
brightness/brighten: -9

4. and a "selektive coloring" layer again :P

Red
cyan: -40
magenta: 14
yellow: 12

5. at least put up your "brightness and contrast"
