Great. Any chance you can look at these wires? I found them in the bunker under City hall in Westport, and have no idea what they could have been used for.

Well, It was already discovered by 2 others before I got there, but it seemed to be hidden under some rubble. Inside we found a Letter from Evan to Richard, some plans that detailed the toxic guys we met there, and some wires in the wall that seemed to me a bit odd. The didn't look like any wires I have seen so far in the place.

Well there was Flandre and myself. I believe the other two where called... Ryo and Kororo...

I am holding the letter and the plans. I also have a copy of a chant to a little girl a cult worshiped.
