(no subject)
I now have a mitten!
Just one. I have not even started on the second one yet, but that will happen tomorrow I suppose. It took me a while to finish this one because got frustrated and such with the thumb before I even started working on it. It turned out to be the easiest part of the entire thing. Silly, I know.
I am also working on a lacy scarf for my mom for valentine's day.. The lace I am knitting is called "snowflakes" and it is really quite pretty. It works really well with the yarn I am using, which has a shiny type strand going through it so it sparkles. It'll be really pretty once I get it done and blocked out. BLOCKING. I have not done it yet... It's where you even out the stitches and such to make especially the pattern you are working with more even and clear. I will post pictures when I get done, of course. If I remember. >.>
