My biggest question for you is ~ are you going home for Thanksgiving? I'm sure shipping would be less if I just had to send it to California, and you'd be able to pick it up when you go home. But if you don't, I can still send it to Hawaii.
Well, as I said before, it's going to be $51 for the book itself. At the VERY LEAST it would be +$19, and that's assuming you just want it shipped in an envelope. Since I'm sure you'd want it to be insured, I found out that it'll cost +$21.60 (that is shipping and insurance). It would be about $5 more for a box (which I highly reccomend, that way your book won't get bent), and +$3 for Priority.
It'll probably take it a little over a week to get over there. I'll let you know when they say it should arive, but you never know. ^^;
