Summary: When the world seems to be against you, should you keep on believing in fate?
Satoshi still remembered it all clearly, the day when he met his long lost soul mate. The beautiful colors of sunset in the summer, the smell of the sea breeze, and the man's unforgettable existence appeared in his mind every time he closed his eyes. His gentle eyes and the sound of his laughter never stopped lingering in his memories. Spending time together with him in just a few days, and Satoshi had already fallen so deeply for the man.
Time was moving so slowly and it seemed like eternity. Sometimes he wondered, whether everything happened was just a dream. Their meeting was only an illusion, and that person’s image was just something he created to satisfy his longing.
In the end, Satoshi could only accept the fact that everything was real, as real as the burning pain he felt in his heart. He knew that separation between them couldn’t be avoided, but the uncertainty of it all was becoming more unbearable by the minute.
Days changed into weeks, and weeks changed into months. The only thing he could do was kept on believing. Someday, when fate decided that the distance between them was no longer needed, they would be reunited once again.
Satoshi Ohno was a well known singer in Japan. His beautiful songs had touched the heart of many people, giving them spirit and courage to move on throughout the hardest days. Public also willingly accepted his eccentric character who rarely ever showed up for social parties and gathering with celebrities. Satoshi would only send his manager to attend those parties, while he enjoyed his time alone or with his closest friends.
That night was his fourth concert ever since their last day together. The concert was successful and all the audience gave him standing applause. He just smiled and bowed to the audience then headed back to the green room. He knew that this night would be no different from his previous concerts. He just sighed and lost deeply in his thought until his manager called his name and gave him a bouquet of flowers. There was a card attached to it and Satoshi immediately read the short massage written in the card.

Satoshi felt his heart was beating faster. There was a small hope in his heart that his longing would finally end. He quickly ran towards the stage to search for the person who sent him the bouquet of flowers. His eyes looked around the concert hall frantically. He felt like his heart would burst in a minute with feelings he couldn't decipher himself, whether it was sadness or happiness.
Suddenly his gaze stopped at one figure standing near the entrance door. The figure just leaned on the wall with eyes staring at him so intently, not caring about his surroundings at all. Their gaze met for a minute and time slowly rotated back to their fated encounter.

The idea of the story comes from a PV from Girl Next Door titled Silent Scream, with changes here and there according to my imagination.
I intended it to be a short story, but it sort of becoming longer so I posted it as a mini series. XDD
I will post the next part 1-2 days from now, and my goal is to finish this before ohno's big day in november.
