Good news:
I got contacts today! WOO! I can see without glasses now! The first thing I thought was, "now I can cosplay characters without glasses and not go around blind anymore! yay!" and then I felt dumb because THE ONLY REASON I GOT CONTACTS WAS FOR COSPLAY. DERP. I can't ever have a normal reason for getting things can I?
Bad news:
Contacts hurt like a bitch to take out when you first start. I pretty much spent 20 minutes poking myself in the eye trying to get it out and by the time I was done it looked like I had pink eye. FUN. Hopefully I'll find a good way to get contacts out without having to POKE MY EYE REPEATEDLY. Getting it out on the first try would be nice.

ALSO, I started watching an anime that involved the Shinsengumi AND REALLY PRETTY GUYS and because I'm a giant fag for accurate history and stuff I spent the rest of my night researching the Shinsengumi for no good reason. AREN'T I COOL? :Db
