Octosquid Discovered, a Cross Between an Octopus and a Squid
For the love of all that is holy, they are called arms, people! Not tentacles! Octopuses do not have tentacles! >_<
With that out of the way... Nifty looking creature. My guess is that it's just an interesting looking deep-sea octopus or a squid with very rudimentary tentacles. Or it could just belong to its own order, like Vampyroteuthis sp.
