1.) Favorite hellsing pairing.
Alucard/Seras all the way with a dash of Seras/Schrödinger and Seras/Anderson for crack.
2.) Your thoughts on Alucard/Seras.
Much love. I know it’s not in cannon, not like that’s ever stopped anyone before, but first chapter of the manga and the first episode of the non-OVA series got me hooked. It was also one of the first shipper fandoms that I was involved in. It’s also the fandom that turned me off Hellsing fics.
Girls writing dark and edgy without knowing what that entails or means gets really boring. And everything was the same. Or worse. Or never updated if it was decent.
I do like the master/servant aspect of the relationship. I like his detached fondly caring or emotions behind the curtain vs. her loyalty and affection. The fact that she can be darn cute and genki and be a badass is a big plus for me. I think anything between them would have to be dark with spots of humor.
3.) Favorite LKH book.
Kiss of Shadows. It was the first book of hers that I read and got me into reading the rest of her books. Of course her later books are another story altogether.
4.) Showers or baths?
Showers, unless it’s a room sized bathing pool with circulating water that never gets dirty.
5.) Favorite mythological romance.
The Tale of Eros and Psyche. It’s heart warming and they both work for their happy ending. Well, kinda.
Although, Persephone and Hades is a runner up because I think the tale can be written with interesting perspectives. Also pomegranates.
