Impromptu Book Review

Well, I’ve never dated so I wouldn’t know how it feels to go back to a guy. However, now I know what it feels like to go back to a book. Yes, I’m back to reading the Anita Blake series again. The book that has the vampire strip club run by an incubus. Althea got me hooked to L.K. Hamilton’s other series about Meredith Gentry and I was hoping to return the favor. I was fine up to the first five books or so until the plot got thrown out the window and turned in to a PWP.

Yep, her books are of the same caliber of Kakashi’s favorite series, only with a bit more mushiness thrown in, but not as much as a red-cover Harlequin novel. And if you’ve never read Laurel K. Hamilton’s books, nor watched Naruto and have never heard of a Harlequin, just smile and nod.

Here’s to hoping that Danse Macabre won’t let me down.

If not, there’s always crunchyroll and its new additions and my fan fiction happiness.

Or homework…
