DOGS fanart WIP 2
First of all, I want to thank those who commented on my previous WIP. It was really helpful, but unfortunately, there were just too many things wrong with it and the project has been put aside for the day I finally learn to draw properly.
On the other hand, I bring another project up to the table for judgment (eep).
Alright, so, this is actually half the size of the actual image. I shrunk it so it wouldn't kill people's computers; I tried to upload the full-size image on photobucket but it keeps cutting it to half-size, so you might have to wait for the fullview version... Anyway, what do you think overall?
My main concerns about the art are the following:
-the freckles: Are they visible? Are they natural looking?
-the hair: Should it be shaded or can it stay flat? (personally, I prefer flat; keeps the attention on his face and doesn't overwhelm the image)
-the character: Is Badou recognizable as Badou?
