Rei was the first person in Infinity to see his human form. She thought he was so cute that she had adopted him and so Pluto joined her family and she became his master.
Pluto loves Rei unconditionally and will do absolutely anything for her without even the slightest hesitation. Pleasing her and making her happy is always the number 1 most important thing in his life.
No matter what day, what time, where they are or if she's busy Pluto loves being by the woman's side and being close to her at all times. He's very protective and I think she knows by now if the slightest things makes her scared Pluto will always be there to protect her.

Ever since Pluto first entered Infinity and met this man they have never been friendly with each other... Probably because Pluto tried to burn down the house when he met him.
Pluto always thinks of Jeremiah as a rival because he's Rei's boyfriend and in his mind 'owns' her.
As time had passed the two are starting to get along more and more, but his hate for the man still lives inside of him.
