Why must it be so hard to find restaurants that sell actual Mexican food outside of Mexico! Independence celebrations start tomorrow and I'm dying for proper tacos, not those taco bell-inspired monstruosities! Bah.

I don't get why if the proper food is so incredibly delish, it's just deformed to bad imitations outside the country. SIGH.
