And his hair! So glad he gut it cut. It was so awesome to see them all interact like way back in S1, wasn't it? In all, it was such a fun, lovely, satisfying episode, with the bonus of OMG KISSING!! haha.
Yeah the wig was hilarious. haha I lovedloved the flashbacks cos you watched them grow and change in one episode. But I'm not completely happy with the end. I liked Sweets speech: You're the gambler, etc. So it was logical that Booth took the first step and that Brennan rejected him cos this is still a TV show and not a fairytale. But I couldn't understand the sense of: OMG I LOVE YOU SO MUCH I CRY BUT I HAVE TO MOVE ON LIKE RIGHT NOW. It felt kinda off. you know? nonetheless it was an amazing episode

Last thoughts on the episode: David B. did a great job. He has grown so much as an actor and director. And Sweets was hilarious (see icon above). I love the character so much since maybe season 4.
Mmm, I think it was sort of a protective mechanism, like, he's let EVERYTHING on the open, for Brennan to see, she now knows just how much he loves her (which, A LOT, by the way), and that just has to be scary, so I guess it's a way of getting back to normal between them? To close back and get his feelings in order or something. I don't know, I think it makes sense, character-wise, it's just that it makes us the viewers go OH, SILLY, BUT SHE TOTALLY LOVES YOU TOO! SHE'S JUST SCARED!
Still, though! Now we'll have ANGST and BLATANT ATTRACTION and it shall be GOOD. :DDD
Yeah, that was a very lovely episode style-wise, I really wouldn't have guessed who was the director. I can't remember which episode of Angel he directed, but I don't think it was nearly as flawless as this one.
Sweets! He's awesome. He's such a good addition to the cast. And it was nice to see Zack, but I'm so used to the interns by now, that it was just sweet but now like OMG I MISS HIM thing, you know?
