FREEEEEDOM FIGHTERS V.2
Argh, my brother discovered you can order pizza through the internet and since we're both somewhat phonephobics we decided to try it out. It's been about 50 minutes and it's not here yet. ARGH, I'M HUNGRY DAMNIT.
anyway, here's a photo of the cinnamon rolls I made yesterday:
Today, once reheated, they weren't actually all that bad, although they're still smaller and crunchier than I'd liked. Also, I got this horrible pain in my right arm last night, somewhat like reumathic pains from spending so much doing the dough and fuck but it HURT I had to keep my arm completely still if I wanted the pain to recede and I had an awful, awful night trying not to move that much so I wouldn't wake up every five minutes from the pain.
That and I had really weird dreams in which I was a vampire and then it was Christian from Nip/Tuck the one that was a vampire and he was getting married in Italy and then, in the middle of the wedding he went out and KILLED his bride's grandmother and TOOK HER STILL-BEATING HEART INTO THE CHURCH. OMG WTF.
Anyway. Today was made of lulz because my brother suddenly called from school to say classes were over because the entire school (about 1400 people) WENT ON STRIKE. AND ALMOST ATTACKED THE DEPUTY HEADMASTER. OMG LOL. Thing is, the school built a new, niftier cafeteria and, of course, they want the money, so they closed all the doors and refused to let anyone out of school grounds. So today, after a week of 'injustice and opression', lol, they ALL went to school dressed in white and refused to go into classes and after an hour or something of RIOTS the deputy headmaster took a speakerphone and said everyone had ten minutes to abandon the premises and all but about four kids per classroom LEFT. And kept rioting across the street. They, in short, acted like a bunch of revolutionary university students in search for better facilities when in fact they're a bunch of spoiled, rich, preppy brats in a highly-respectable Catholic high school that want to keep going outside so they can drive to the tastiest barbacoa tacos in town *headdesk*.
LOL LOL WHY DID THAT NEVER HAPPEN WHEN I WENT THERE, DAMNIT?
Also, joy, but I learned to color in photoshop today using a scanned lineart! Not very well, mind you, and using only flat colors, but it's a start! I'm seriously retarded in all things photoshop-related, honest, which is downright embarassing for a Graphic Design major. *shifty eyes* My pitiful first attempt can be found here, being the colored version of the doodle on the right. Lol, have I ever mentioned I like bright colors? Yeah, thought so.
