I Corinthians 13:4-8 (this is not purely the KJV or NIV Bible, because I didn't like the NIV version, but the KJV is sometimes difficult to get the full meaning out of.)
"Let us love one another: for love is of God; and every on that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins."
I John 4:7-10
There are more verses, but I have to go, and i figure this is enough anyways. But I just wanted to say that I know that feeling, I've had it over and over again, but God is the only one who can truly love us. Not to say that we shouldn't want to find the man we will spend the rest of our lives with, but we should want to find the God so that we can spend the rest of our eternity with Him, because He gave it all for us, and there is no human being that could ever love us that much.
