I got home from work to discover flowers on my doorstep (of all things...flowers?). Am I to assume I have a not so secret admirer?
I have a good hunch who they might be from. Only he would be so bold, and even after I told said not to send flowers once before. But if it is not who I think it is, then I am concerned...
They are quite lovely, I suppose, and since I'm sure their sender would like to know what has become of the gift: After locating an appropriately sized container (hardly a vase, but it will do), I placed the bouquet on the table, but they seem to continue to be in the way and I had to keep moving them all evening. I settled for the window, where the blue flowers almost match their neighbor, Tori.
I'm not sure what to say in reply to a gift with no notice who it was from.
