[ oo4 ] everybody was kung-fu fighting
Aside from a little sunburn tan, the boat-ride was considerably better in most respects than the trip down to the Wilderness. I am glad to be ashore, however.
I regret I didn't get a chance to pick up anything from the city, though, aside from the book Lotus gave me on martial arts (several of the styles in it seem quite familiar; some I can preform well, others I think I've seen done before). I gather that, like a great many of Edensphere's residents apparently (I've heard about the practice sessions others have had), I have innate fighting skills.
Curious how very many of us seem to be skilled in the art of combat. Hn...I wonder what that says about the worlds we come from or the kind of world Edensphere is (and the kind of citizens it requires)?
