The news...
So work is busy busy busy. Go live with a very major upgrade to our financials system in 2 weeks. We've been working on it for a year and half. It will be nice to be finally live on the new system.. Hopefully I can go from working about 60 hours a week down to something like 50. That would be nice.
And since we finally are going live I planned a very well deserved vacation. Matt is probebly not coming since his work status is still up in the air. I am going to Italy for about 8 days the first of October. My parents are going for 3 weeks and I'm crashing in for a while since they have a 3 bedroom apartment rented. So yeah! Very excited. Needed something to look forward to.
So does anyone who has been to Italy have recommendation of things to see around Rome or Naples? Going to go see the normal stuff - Collisuim, Sistine Chapel, Pompaii, etc.
In other news, not much going on. Enjoying our weekly farm food delivery. Just had some nice fresh green beans for dinner. Yum.
