Crap. This isn't going to work.
I was looking at the wrong mobile plan when I was figuring out the cost of my upgrading, and was fuzzbrained talking to the lady.
Well, maybe it will work if I do some fast and heavy budgeting from HELL for future months. But seems like with the unlimited text and data thing so I can twitter from studio and all it's about $80+ a month now.
Not sure I can afford $80 a month for cel. However I am stuck with it for another month or so, and I should keep it if I am still thinking of a road trip, for at least that long maybe. Not sure.
Still, not a pleasant bill to wake up to, especially on a Saturday when I have No Way Of Checking Bank Balance and know that I got... a little spendhappy recently again.
Yeah yeah, I should keep a balance book. On a really good day I could probably even use it, but on medium or bad days trying to do finances is panic attack city at the outset, and it's hard to keep pushing through to the relief of having finished, especially since there's always the possibility that the account will be EMPTY or dangerously close to, when the final numbers tally.

(And yes, again, better to KNOW you're low on money, but... *sigh* even though I am good enough at math to add and subtract neatly and only ocassionally have numbers flip on me, the lead up to starting brings on that Greek Chorus I talk about. So I put it off, and put it off, until I suddenly, on a weekend, NEED TO KNOW. And of course since it is a weekend I can't drop off the paperwork to be able to do banking online, either. Bleah.)
