Subway was yummy, though I did not kill as much time there as I thought I might, despite bringing Thud! along.
Exxon station- my card could not be read by the pump, and from what I could see, there were no humans actively working in the little station bit, so... yeah, car did not get filled up. Needle has not yet hit the empty peg so I do have enough fuel for the rest of the day, but I am irked.
Came to ACR to harass Ali only to find she is not working here today. Am just checking e-mail and updating with this nonsense briefly, while wondering how/if the guy two computers down has eardrums left since I can hear his music word-freaking-perfect over here.
Also, the student worker at front desk apparently feels he's not held to the 'no cel phones' policy, and is rather loud himself. Grr. Loud people! STOP IT!
Says the person with admitted volume control issues. Oh well. Back to reading Sir Terry Pratchett.
(And man, saying SIR Terry Pratchett doesn't get old for me. It's almost as good as FORMER PRESIDENT G.W. Bush.)
