This week kicked my ass!
My midterms are over!! I felt well prepared for both of them, and since I work on a treat system I headed downtown after my music history midterm to buy two treats!
A brief interuption to the main plot, however; on the bus downtown there was a lady talking aloud to nobody in particular, but she was telling stories about people she must have known. For example, "Well Jeanie was raising those two girls all on her own, well, until she met Rick. And then there was Laine. She was really something" etc.. None of the stories seemed to connect really well, but in the middle of one such biography, she said "only schizophrenics tell the truth" and then moved on with the story. It was a little disconcerting. There were also female Mormon missionaries on the bus, ones that I had met before, and they made me think of Phil and Russell.
ANYWAY, back to the main story: I went to a music shop to buy the piano music for Charlie Brown Christmas, but had to order it, because they didn't have it in stock. Then I went to Grooves to buy the Sufjan Stevens Christmas EPs, but they haven't been released yet. So instead of having treats, I had no treats, which completely ruins my treat system. But I'm going to see Wicked tomorrow, so that will hopefully satisfy my reward requirement.
I haven't practiced yet today..... bleh.
