Eurolife: Day 18
London feels like home.
kinda.
Steping out of barons court tube station today the last three months rushed through my mind. I cant believe how fast everything went by. As soon as we got back into london tonight after dropping off our bags, we went out to the luminaire to pick up the rest of our luggage. Ive raved about that place and those people way too much here so I wont go too far into it. But my time at the lumi was basically the best thing about the whole london experience. It was quite sad to say goodbye to andy, gen, matt and abbi. Each of them went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and make my stay great. I wont forget it.
Today we just cleaned up the stuff we hadnt already done in bruges. It was incredibly foggy. So foggy infact that our flight from brussels to london was delayed. Oh well.
So 'Eurolife' is over. It was a rush of amazing cities, people and food. Never in my life did I think that I would have the oportunity to do the things I have done in the last 2.5 weeks...
-explored THE coloseum
-attended mass at st. pauls in the vatican city
-stood in the sistine chapel
-visited michaelangelos david
-witnessed a sunset in venice
-shopped in a german christmas market
-fed the bears in bern
-underdressed for the weather in the alps
-stood atop the eifel tower
-locked eyes with the mona lisa
-devoured multiple belgian waffels...
the list goes on, but you get the idea.
Its been great. Now its time to go home.
