So we went to MBA this weekend. We went 2-4. Decent, I guess. I had one amazingly depressing give up round, and one amazingly perfect I-Should-Have-Won round. I made a new friend of Jeffry Stone from KC Central. He watched a couple of our rounds and gave us some decent pointers post debate. It was nice. Plus, he watched my really good round (that his coach judged) and he told me that I should have won. And later convinced his coach that he voted for the wrong team. Plus, he told me I had phenomenal 2NR analysis. And I got a 30. Way to go, me.

I bought a new book by Italo Calvino. It's called The Castle of Crossed Destinies. Most of his books looked really odd and mathematical. This one seemed like the most normal...it's about a bunch of men and women who are brought together by chance after they've each experienced some strange adventure. They chat about they're individual encounter over a game of tarot and somehow it ties into fate and destiny. I'm sort of excited. We also ate at a PF Changs this weekend. The food was orgasmic. I also ate at a Lonestar and hijacked a loaf of bread to eat this morning for breakfast. It was good.

A minute ago I was dancing around in my smelly, worn travel clothes. I was doing the show choir dances. I'm kinda sorry I missed the eight hours of Lovar this weekend. So yeah.
