It's a fairly breathless entry, probably an opinion piece given the rather heavy tilt toward the webcasters, but here's an article from The Washington Post regarding
Pandora and the (apparent lack of) progress toward resolving the CRB decision.

Once again I wrote to my senators and congresspeople; I humbly ask you to do the same, no matter how you feel on the issue.
