Today's Burgers

Mince, salt, pepper, paprika, basil and two secret ingredients - chopped capers and pine nuts.

The pine nuts toast on the BBQ and go all nice. My housemate compares them to parasitic cysts, but really they don't look ,much like them at all.

Not quite as good as the all time best burgers - chopped coriander leaf and chunks of garlic in the mince. That was amazing.

This time I might have gone a bit overboard with the salt. At least when you're cooking, you can taste as you season, but somehow I just can't bring myself to do that with raw mince.
