A whole fortnight since the last forum, and in that time I've drunk no alcohol, eaten no sweets, the only chocolate I've had was a minstrel and a bit of Green & Blacks organic fairtrade dark chocolate.

It's quite bizarre, but it seems to be getting a bit easier now. Not drinking helps with the diet, because it would be a real pity to ruin this horrible unfun sacrifice I'm making by eating crisps or chocolate.

The closest thing to unhealthy I've eaten has been a few fruit smoothies, Tyrells handfried vegetable crisps and sandwiches for lunch.
