Well. I seem to think that Una and Iroh have covered all this shit. I don't have a policy of starving folks. Very-specific-rations are a different thing. But I don't deny any fucker a food. I feed the guys in zero, I feed the most high-and-fucking-mighty warden.

Food ain't a bargaining chip in my mind. You're exploiting someone's desperation, and that don't make you better than a drug dealer.
