* David Boreanaz has discovered Twitter in a big way. Lots of exclamation points and superfluous capitalization. I think someone needs to lay off the energy drinks. (It's so cute I can hardly stand it.)
* I really, really, REALLY hope they don't try to write Emily's pregnancy into the show. That trick never works.
* Read sides for season finale today. One line in particular--who said it, and in whose direction it was spoken--made me actually gasp out loud. I know the context in which it takes place, but depending on how it plays out there could be a double meaning there.
* Oh gods, writers/producers, please don't fuck this up. There are no convenient alien-abduction plot devices available to you as they were to Chris Carter. More trenchcoats for Brennan, creative camera angles, body doubles for long shots, whatever. The so-called "Moonlighting Curse" is fallacious in terms of putting leads together romantically being an automatic show-killer, but there's no denying that poor handling of Cybill Shepherd's pregnancy on the part of the writers and producers certainly hammered more than a few nails into that show's coffin. This does not have to happen to Bones (she says, crying Cassandra-like into the echoing void).
