Falling behind
I see there's been no activity on my end lately beyond aggregations of Twitter feeds, and for that I apologize. Between mom returning to hospital (bleeding ulcer this time), my lingering cold mutating into something involving a sore throat and sharp ear pain (now mercifully abated), and finally cleaning the place after five weeks of illness-induced sloth, I haven't found much time or inclination for blogging. Ahem.
Recently, I've encountered harsh criticism of the practice of placing two spaces after a period. It's become my standard practice because it is required of us at work; the proprietary program we use to create and deliver reports was designed in such a way that two spaces are required to make it function correctly. Don't ask me, because I wasn't the programmer. Hence the two spaces are habitual with me!
And yeah, that's about all I've got right now. Expect me back later in the week; Bones returns from its winter hiatus this Thursday, and a recent barrage of spoilers has left me cautiously optimistic that TPTB have perhaps finally pulled their collective head from their collective ass and started steering this bus out of WTFville. Either way I'm still onboard to see where we end up.
