So, now the hot water heater is kaput, this following mere weeks after the demise of our central A/C unit. Home ownership, you suck.
That said, shall we all move to San Francisco? We can buy the old Jefferson Airplane house on Fulton Street. It overlooks the park. Not my favorite architectural style, I'll admit, but it has some interesting features, and the interiors were fascinating (though I'm sure they've been remuddled by now).
