Season Finale WTF.
The ending did not surprise me, though it felt disappointingly anticlimactic. Emily Deschanel said something along the lines of the subtlest things having a big impact; all I can say is that remains to be seen next season, as what we got tonight was blink-and-you'd-miss-it subtle. Hodgins and Sweets stealing Angela's dad's car back pleased me enormously, though.
I am having flashbacks to my X-Files days, when we would erupt in fannish indignation over the torments TPTB inflicted upon us, and heap curses upon Chris Carter's name, and write reams of fanfic to correct the damage.
