p.s. - I asked a guy at the bookstore to help me find Barack Obama's (African American junior senator for Illinois) autobiography, and when I thanked him for his help he said, "We can only hope he runs for president, huh?" While I'm ready for the current president to be gone, I don't know that I'm ready for the onslaught of full scale presidential elections again. Gearing up for the Oregon gubernatorial race is bad enough.
p.p.s. - I purchased my first Satoko Fujii Four disc today (free jazz), and the guy at the counter asked if I was at their show a couple months ago. Seeing as there were probably only about 30 of us at the show below the age of 60, I was impressed that this guy was there. Quality music counter assistance.
