Wonderful "Seed" tag! Why can't the writers of the show give us stuff like this??

I have a theory about that.

See, the writers are trying to appeal to a wider audience in order to boost the ratings. In order to do so, they have to do things like bring in more black leather, more cleavage, pose our heros in subdued lighting and put them in a darker wardrobe, take publicity shots where everyone looks like they're about to go out and kick butt and take names (or look like they haven't had a decent bowel movment in several weeks), replace character development with more explosions, dumb it down for the people get confused because Donald Duck wears a shirt but no pants......

Er, um, hrmmm, uh ....

BECAUSE THEY'RE DOPES!!!

Ahem. I think I sprained something there. =^.^=

Well, I planned on going into a full throttle Lewis Black commentary, but I was too tired and couldn't work up enough spittle. =^.^=

So good! Much better than the episode.

Love the stuff with Carson. Love Sheppard's POV. Love that you showed what happened to Rodney with the cure. And I was SO hoping someone would do a tag with Sheppard's thoughts while he held the gun at Keller....

And deep down he knew he was the one who had to do this. If it was Ronon, or even Rodney…. Well, it would kill them. Him - just one more thing to put in a tidy little compartment in his head until the nightmares dredged it up out of the depths again.

.... and, yay, there it is! :)

Thanks! The first time I watched that scene with the gun, I remember thinking, "Oh great, more fuel for nightmares."

And I love working with the internal stuff. Too bad they can't do more on a show. But JF & DH are so expressive, you can almost hear it.

Just perfect--every bit rings true, from John's voice and his thoughts to the interactions he has with all the characters. And so many good lines, too!

Thanks, m'dear!!

I'm still kinda wondering myself how I came up with that 'Technicolor mutant chitlin nightmare' thing. I may have had too much sugar that day....

This tag was needed! They just went all blasé about all that on the show. Great job, Thanks!

Yeah, I think the writers not only slapped the Plausibility Fairy around a bit with that, but they also felt her up as well....

And you're welcome! =^.^=

Great Tag...really loved it. We deserved something like that after that sort of injury. Thanks again

Yuir quite welcome!

Yeah, last I heard John's last name wasn't Timex. He had the snot knocked out of him a month before, and gut wounds are a bugger to get over (figure six weeks easily), then he gets perfed again. On top of a long bout of convulsions. Jeez....
