Well... it finally happened. Uzuri has been having a going out of business sale since I moved to Seattle about six years ago. They finally went out of business.

I'm baking a blueberry pie tonight. It's amazing to me how easily I can whip out a pie these days. It hardly takes any time at all. I'll let you know how it turns out.
