Day 1: Your favourite song
Tally Hall - "Greener"
I can't even really begin to explain how much meaning this song has to me. It brings to mind a lot of memories, good ones and ones I try to forget. It's a dance song, it's a love song, it's an everything song. Not gonna lie, I cried when I got to see them perform it live in Dallas. And truth be told, I can't give an actual reason why it's my favorite song. But when I'm down and upset, it's the first song I put on and sing at the top of my lungs. I listen to it when I'm happy and I only feel happier. I can't not smile when I'm listening to it. I think back to downtown Boise, ID. I remember taking that ever important nap on the bus in Houston. I think back to a lot of happier days at Poly. It has a lot of emotional ties for me.
