I woke up at 5:00 with a killer headache, and I don't know why. I was out until midnight last night, but all I had to drink was a glass of sangria. I bypassed the gym at 7:00 and instead slept in until 10. My head still hurts. I've gotten my coffee so hopefully the caffiene will make it subside. If I feel better, I'll try to go for a run later so I could do at least *something* active. Less than 30 days until the Warrior Dash.
Last night was a good night out. About 30 of us wne out for sushi at Kansai in Oakland. Myself and a few others finished by pretty quick and wanted something to drink other than sake before we hit karaoke, so me, Dolly, Yola, Amy, Diane, and EJ went to Marc 49 Wine Bar for some wine and sangria. After we got our buzz on, it was off to Jaguar karaoke, where everyone else had already gotten started. We only did about an hour before we had our fill. While some people went home afterwards, the rest of us went to Avenue Bar for a couple more drinks. I didn't have anythign else to drink--I'm trying to cut down on how much I drink when I go out. Not to mention I wanted to make sure I could drive myself home.
I was glad Patrick came out last night. I'm not sure, but there may be some sort of spark between us. After my really morose Facebook comment the other night, he texted me to make sure I was okay. He came out last night and we always give each other a big hug. He offered to walk me and Carrie back to our cars last night when he left the bar (it is Oakland on a Saturday night, afterall). He even gave me a good back rub at one point. He's a really nice guy who I could feel safe with. We'll see if anything else develops between us or if it ends up being just a good friendship (which I am okay with).
He and his friends do their own zombie series. I'm not into zombi stuff but it is kinda funny. You can see Patrick if you fast forward to about 2:30. He's the dancing zombie dancing in the backyard.

I told him I want in on this stuff :P
Gonna get more pacing done today. Less than 3 weeks to go until the move. I'm not looking orward to going back to work tomorrow. This past week was just hellish.
