My mother's reaction: "It's about time. It only took you five years since graduating"

My father's reaction: "Melodie is still my favorite kid, she's coming home this weekend to help me install a tv antenna at the cabin"

Dylan's reaction: "And how were you planning on paying for this?"

But other than all that - YAY!!

I feel like I should clarify. Everyone was actually very very excited and happy for me. The above reactions were their responses after several minutes of congratulations first (it's the family style of love and humor)
