Merry Christmas to ME!
I mailed in my SOU application last night, after finishing the essays this weekend. My request for Oxy transcripts was faxed last night, and I even paid the express fee to be extra sure that despite the holidays my transcript is in on time. I sent the required forms to my recommenders, and trust they'll be in on time. And if they aren't, eh. It turns out that applications are due on the 11th (or 5th, depending with part of the website you're looking at) but they'll continue to consider applications until April. So I figure if my application is 90% done by the 5th, they'll overlook anything that's missing as long as it's in by April. My scores came back from the CBEST and the Praxis - passed with above average scores on everything. (happy dance!) And those are on their way to SOU too.
In short, now I just need to keep my finger crossed and find the money somewhere. But I fully expect to be enrolled at SOU in June :) :) :) YAY!!!
