I. am. an. idiot.
Ssssoooo.... I figured out why I haven't heard my phone ring all weekend. It was in my desk at work the whole time. Smooth.
I guess that may have been good. This weekend was... BUSY. I never left the house, but that was because Jess and I tore the place apart. We switched two rooms including a bunk bed/ desk and our own bed. Then the three bookcases, a HUGE couch (which required taking the doors off), etc., etc. The furniture is moved and most of the boxes are put away, but OMG! The apartment looks like a hurricane hit! Piles of stuff everywhere! I am just glad the hardest parts are over. Now to Home Depot and IKEA. :P We need storage containers. And something for all of Jess's cables. We have guests coming on Thursday so leaving all that stuff in the middle of the room isn't going to cut it anymore. :P
And on that note...I am so ouchie!
p.s. Thanks to all the chaos at the apartment, I just put some pants in the dry w/ the not-yet dry blanket this morning since they didn't get remembered last night. The pants were very much not dry when I took them out. But, there were no other pants. So, I am wearing soggy pants. It is the most unpleasant thing ever!
