A Message from the CEO
With Apologies
To all our patients and especially our transgender and LGBTQ patients. Last month in celebration of Pride Month I used a quote attributable to a transgender individual.
Unknowingly, I used that individual's pre-transformation name. I recognize this is offensive to transgendered individuals whether done intentionally or not.
So, my apologies to all our patients as well as to Elliot Page.
Maiden Lane Medical is a medical practice that has always been about creating an environment for everyone to feel safe and comfortable getting medical care from trusted providers.
We would never intentionally do anything to violate that trust or the environment and culture we have built.
