I know, I know, I know you do.
My my lovely.
I'd love to take you out for a night in a small wonderful cafe, and we could drink hot tea on a rainy day like today, and laugh with our teeth showing and inform each other about aspects of our lives that we wouldn’t learn otherwise; we would ask thoughtful questions about the other's life and why we think we are here, or there. The music in the background would be one of my favorites and to my surprise you'd start singing the words. You’d be a stranger, but in the sense only that I had a lot more to learn about what’s important to you, and what games you used to play as a child. We would walk out in the rain at your request because you’re not the type to care if your jeans get wet, and my eyes would sparkle at that request. We would ride the train as far as we wanted and get off at any stop and weave our way through the streets of a strange town. You’d tell me random facts about history and tell you about my concepts of the world, but we wouldn’t take ourselves too seriously. Because that’s not what good friends do. No fluffy stuff here. You’d be a friendly, new stranger in my life. And if I could, id make that day last forever.
