I hear ya, Neels. I don't know anything about your friends there, but I do know that people are like that here, too. Teenagers can be so self-absorbed and inconsiderate. You are such a selfless person and it would be nice if everyone would see that you don't live solely to accomodate them and keep them entertained or feeling special.

Regarding the doing something nice and people not appreciating it, it's like when you take pictures of your friends. This is just something that has been so aggravating for me lately-- that is, I know that my friends will want pictures of themselves at the various places we go, but when I say I'm going to take a picture, they do the thing where they cover the lens with their hand or something or they turn to each other and, in a condescending tone, say "she always wants to take pictures." It's just like, c'mon people! Are you really so full of yourself that you think I live to just take pictures of you? I really don't want a million pictures of your face and especially not of your hand! Blah.

Guess that didn't help to make you feel much better, but I guess I thought at the time I began it that somehow it would. Well, if you ever just want to rant, you got my digits, sn, e-mail, the like. Don't forget to take care of Neela and make sure that you are accomplishing all that you want to and getting everything out of life and college that you possibly can. Think of what will you remember as having been important 20 years from now-- keep your goals in mind. Eff the people who are inconsiderate about your thoughts. You just continue to look out for your friends the best you can and take care of yourself. I still care about you! Just be happy :)

Aw Christine, you are absolutely amazing. That posting really did help a lot... thank you! Aw and it seems like you need to vent some too! I love you Christiny! We really need to catch up! I'll definitely give you a call sometime this week/end when I have like an hour- 2hour block haha cuz I know how we'll be talking forever =)
