I will never get over how awesome it is that I can finally meet other fangirls in Real Life. For years and years, I was a lonely freak with only the internet for company, but now... well, I'm still a freak with the internet for company, and I wouldn't want to change. But when I'm feeling lonely, I can actually go and meet other freaks! Or lure them to my place with promises of weemos in concert, as the case may be.
I had tons of fun with fleurrochard, at the Panic concert and otherwise. I don't really have enough to say to make much of a concert report, but
The venue was tiny, we ended up three meters away from Ryan Ross without even trying, and I like the new arrangements for the songs better than the old ones. I like the new songs even better. Mad as Rabbits is madly catchy, and I cannot wait to get my hands on a good recording.
While Ryan sang lead for Mad as Rabbits, Brendon was watching him with giant hearts in his eyes and glee all over his face. He was so obviously completely thrilled with/for Ryan and his new and improved singing. ♥
There was one song where Brendon didn't have an instrument to play, so he put his free hand behind his back and went very still, and it was very pretty to watch. I think airgiodslv and disarm_d have warped my mind, because I don't actually remember having a kink for jittery people going all still like that until they started posting awesome D/s on that topic, but I clearly do now.
I'm totally always late for memes, but I enjoyed this one, so I'm reviving it:
