Can we agree to take a bit of a break from the phrase "He licked into [the other guy’s] mouth"? I know it's hard to find good ways to describe kissing - I'm certainly no good at it myself - but I've now seen this phrase in literally every single one of the last ten fics I've read, and I really feel like it's gotten a little out of hand at this point.

Do any of you have any particular phrases or writing trends you're irrationally annoyed with right now?
