During a Freecycle foray on Saturday I drove by the neighbourhood where the house we bid on happens to be located. The house is sold and the agents must be doing cartwheels. They have placed a sign out on the main drag with SOLD! on it. The house isn't on the main drag, it's actually a few streets in, but I guess it was the talk of the neighbourhood long enough that they wanted everybody to know. *g*
We would never have paid what they ended up getting for the house, so all is good there, now we continue to plod along until we stumble on another gem that catches our attention...or a really stinking good deal.
