We haven't made a lot of headway on our house shopping. The
house that we put the initial offer in on is still on the market. The other one we were interested in isn't on the market yet, and we're getting tired of waiting, so we still look around and head to open houses if we see something we like.
Back to the first house, the offer we placed was a 30-day close, conditional only on inspection (due to the foundation problems we knew it was going to have). I know the offer went nowhere, but it sometimes occurs to me that the 30 days is almost up, and I get a chuckle when I think about re-submitting the offer on the anniversary of what would have been the closure date.
Funny?
Vindictive?
Evil?
Too much time on my hands?
Any way you look at it, I'm amused.
